Quilting and any pattern making classes are 4 students only, so register soon. You may bring any materials you have to any class EXCEPT classes using the word BEGINNER in their title. All other class prices are not including materials. Bring what you have or buy what you need at the PARLOR. KNITTING GROUP, Every Wednesday, 6-9 Starting 9/10. This is a small group, and spaces occasionally become available, so please call for availability. $12 per class, bought monthly BEGINNER KNITTING, two class course offered in the following sections: A- 10/7&14, 6-9, B-November 9th & 16th 1:30-3:30, C- December 7th & 14th 1:30-3:30. All sections are $80 + $30 for materials. CROCHET IN A DAY - the basics of crochet. Sunday 11/2,4-6 PM OR Tuesday 11/10, 6-8 PM $45 CABLE TECHNIQUES FOR KNITTERS Sun 10/5, 11-1 $22 KNITTING OR CROCHETING IN THE ROUND-add the circular skills to your techniques and make hats, socks, mittens etc... Monday 10/6,6-8 PM OR Sunday 11/2,11AM-1PM $22 SCARF DESIGN for Knit or Crochet- Tuesday 10/20, 6-9 PM $22 PONCHO - Knit or Crochet. Students must have basic skills in either art to do this custom fit Poncho (THE must have of the season!!) Sundays 10/12 & 19, 11AM-1PM $35 + mat HATWORKS - Knit or Crochet Students must have basic skills. The hat can be done with or without flaps. Sundays 10/19 & 26,1-3PM $40 SOCK WORKSHOP - for knit and crochet. (Socks, the ultimate gift to yourself or a loved one) 2 Tuesdays, 10/21&11/4, 6-9PM $45 GLOVE WORKSHOP for knitters - 3 Tuesdays, 10/28, 11/11 &18,6-9 $80 INTERMEDIATE KNITTING - 2 Sundays, 11/9 & 23, 11AM-1PM. Each student will choose their next project, one level up, and we will work together to build it, adding new techniques. $60 PATTERN WRITING FOR KNITTERS - Students learn to write their own patterns. 2 Mondays, 11/17 & 11/24, 6-9 PM $75. Please call for materials list. PATTERN DRAFTING FOR SEWING - Students learn to write and draw out their own patterns. An actual, full size pattern will be completed. Mondays, 12/8 & 12/15, 6-9 PM $75 KITE QUILT - Students will make their FIRST basic quilt. This is a baby sized quilt, and monograms can also be added if desired. Tuesdays, 12/9 &12/16, 6-9 PM. $65 (Please call for material list. Some items may be purchased at the class, and some can be purchased elsewhere. MITTENWORKS - for knit or crochet (Also make great gifts!) Students must have basic techniques, 2 Sundays,11/23 & 30,2-4 PM $45 BEGINNER TAPESTRY - students will learn to draft their own designs and work on basic stitch combinations. It is always best to have the same type of materials as the rest of the class, but if you have materials from another source, no problem. Itís all about the arts.
